ResponsibilitiesThe Marketing Web Producer will report to the Senior Director of Inbound Marketing, and will:
Manage the development of new web creative concepts with various vendors and internal stakeholders
Manage web creative requests and ensure they are executed on time and within budget
Perform CMS-level updates to various 2U website properties
Ensure that program brand guidelines are adhered to
Ensure the highest level of UI/UX across all creative concepts
Ensure projects are implemented effectively
The selected candidate will have a bachelor's degree preferably with experience in design, marketing and/or technology. S/he will be familiar with web and social media best practices and have strong project management and communication skills. S/he must be able to thrive on constant change, be self-motivated, personable, and goal-oriented.
Things that should be in your background
Bachelor's degree required Master?s degree a plus.
Minimum 2-3 years industry experience
Experience working within a corporate marketing department or an agency a plus
World-class understanding of UI/UX
Knowledge of HTML and CSS, experience with PHP and Java a plus
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization tools such as Google Content Experiments, Optimizely and CrazyEgg.
Expert knowledge of creative media tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, FinalCut and Microsoft Powerpoint, etc
Digitally enabled; Experience and/or familiarity with Wordpress or similar CMS
Solid interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work on cross functional teams
Ability to think out of the box and find creative, unorthodox solutions when needed
Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Ability to make intuitive and thoughtful decisions
