Marketplace Development Manager Flurry
Flurry has built the industry leading mobile RTB exchange, now we need to grow it. In this role you will be a key member of the Flurry Marketplace Development team, responsible for developing, managing, and growing partnerships with programmatic buyers of mobile advertising. You will perform business development to identify and sign new partners, work closely with the integration manager to ensure each new partner is successfully deployed, and will then be responsible for that partner?s long-term success on Flurry Marketplace through relationship management and overall performance optimization.
You will also be responsible for defining high-level product requirements in response to feature requests from partners and prospects, and will work closely with product management to prioritize the delivery of such features. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working with a fast-paced team, is excited by the challenges of this role, and wants to make their mark in this incredibly dynamic market.
Identify, progress, and close new Flurry Marketplace partnership opportunities with Agency Trading Desks, DSPs, and other programmatic buyers of mobile advertising.
Serve as primary contact for the partner and manage the overall long-term relationship to ensure partner success and increased spending on Flurry Marketplace.
Work with partners to provide and gather insights related to best practices of data driven programmatic audience buying.
Utilize Flurry data to develop new and unique target audience segments for strategic buying partners.
Monitor and analyze partner performance to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
Conduct competitive analysis and research with partners to define new feature requirements.
Develop KPIs and other metrics that are important to Flurry and partner success.
Create and maintain reporting, forecasting models, dashboards and other analysis tools.
Extensive experience in digital media and/or advertising technology in a revenue-generating role.

Understanding of the digital media buying process and the complexities of the ecosystem connecting advertisers to consumers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to communicate the ?big picture? and also drill down to supporting details.
Excellent at multi-tasking and close attention to detail is a must.
Comfortable working with multi disciplinary teams and balancing competing priorities.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment working.
Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude.
Experience working with Agency Trading Desks, DSPs, and RTB platforms a plus.
MBA is a plus.
