MediaMath is currently seeking an Analyst to help manage external day to day relationships with exchanges, networks, publishers, data and technology providers. As part of the Marketplace Operations team, you will also be responsible for responding to requests from MediaMath?s internal teams, developing creative solutions to client-driven needs, trouble-shooting partner-related issues, analyzing the performance of MediaMath?s supply and data partnerships, and helping to build deep ongoing relationships with our ecosystem partners.MediaMath is a fast-paced environment and is seeking someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team environment. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual looking to dive into the details of online advertising. The ideal candidate has a passion for advertising technology with at least one year experience of either college or post-college work experience relevant to the online advertising industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of each current and potential partner, from technical specs to business development initiatives to future plans.
Become primary point of contact with internal sales & account teams responsible for providing solutions to key account and agency campaign requests and challenges.
Act as a liaison between our partners and internal teams to keep them up to date regarding new/changing advertising supply and data opportunities.
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to provide business operation recommendations and improve processes
Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree
1 year of experience in Technology, Internet, or Media/Advertising industries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiastic about problem solving and delivering a great client experience
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
Ability to create and enforce processes to streamline daily operations
Proficient with Excel spreadsheet manipulation
Positive can-do attitude
