Mechanical Design Engineer ClearCube
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer who will help with design of next generation products to address the ever-changing computing needs of enterprise environments.RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and develop datacenter products and user devices that will go into demanding enterprise environments.
Lead mechanical design activities and provide technical guidance to internal and external engineering and operations teams.
Develop new Industrial Design (ID) for next generation user devices with an eye for aesthetics and improved ergonomics without compromising functionality or reliability.
Develop detailed assembly instructions for manufacturing of the product.
QUALIFICATIONS
BSME or equivalent degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with Industrial Design of enterprise class end user devices.
Experience with sheet metal (progressive and soft tool), plastics and extrusion design
Experience with design of fanless systems meant to operate in challenging thermal environments.
Experience with design of systems that can meet stringent emissions requirements.
Proficient in Pro/E and/or SolidWorks
Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
Must be able to effectively handle changing priorities and tight schedules
Experience with planning and managing projects through the entire lifecycle and supplier & vendor management
