Responsibilities:
Drive all aspects of the Medagate product development lifecycle including ideation, planning/scoping, defining requirements, design and development, testing/QA, product launch, customer care support, and reporting.
Primary Interface between the Business and IT organization.
Subject Matter Expert for your Medagate is a plus.
Work with the Business/Sales to analyze product opportunities and develop business requirements when needed.
Serve as the advocate for Medagate both internally and externally.
Responsible for helping to set and hit aggressive product goals.
Understand InComm?s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry.
Work with the Business to manage P&L.
Work with the business to develop requirements and roadmap.
Establish shared vision across company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
Monitor and incorporate industry innovations, conduct technology assessments, and analyze the competitive landscape
Communicate product direction and strategy to senior executives and stakeholders
Develop best practices for the product and collaborate with other internal groups
Manage and communicate weekly progress reports.
Manage individual working styles to optimize experiences and relationships with project staff.
Utilize team-building skills and techniques, foster and promote a supportive team environment to facilitate an effective collaborative development process.
Qualifications:
PMP Certification required.
5 years of progressive experience managing or playing a major role in cross-functional projects
Advanced knowledge of project management methodology, tools and software.
Demonstrated ability to motivate staff/project team, inspire teamwork and take a leadership role.
Ability to solve complex problems with keen instincts and organizational experience.
Must be able to simultaneously focus on big picture, details and driving results.
Experience with agile a plus
Experience with Pragmatic Marketing a plus
Bachelor's degree required
Proven ability to build & lead integrated teams from various internal and external organizations across various sites.
