THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED ModSpace seeks a sales and business development professional with established contacts from selling construction or capital equipment into the healthcare arena.
This role requires a blend of sales and business development skills to be able to identify and close ModSpace business opportunities and joins our team to cover the western US.
Modular construction is particularly well-suited to this target segment due the time savings of component construction. Our clients see faster ROI and can provide faster services to their patient population:

Our Sales Managers are the CEOs of their territories, understanding where the market opportunities lie, defining our value prosition, identifying contacts, gaining entry and closing deals at all levels of business contact. This is a hunter role for a driven performer with the desire to be the first to the deal, sell the creative solution, beat the competition and grow the market - always.
Our MedBuild team has the support of a dedicated and experienced construction services staff - a differentiator in the industry. Pre-construction managers, estimators, engineers and architects join the front end process to maximize customer relations and help win deals. Project managers ensure execution is seamless and successful.

For consideration, you should have:
3+ years of direct outside sales of construction or capital equipment into the professional medical community
Comfort and success in a heavy hunting and prospecting sales environment
Strategic agility and creativity to sell across segments and levels
Demonstrated skills developing long-term customer partnerships up to and including the C-level
Superb oral and written communication skills
Strong planning, organizational, and client management skills
The ability to travel up to 50% of the time in territory
Experience using a CRM to maximize effectiveness and sell through
