POSITION OVERVIEW
The Media Buyer will create partnerships with key ad networks and mobile publishers to buy digital media, develop and drive media strategies, develop and maintain media plans. Specific duties include:
In a business development role, prospecting and closing media partnerships with major Ad Networks and Mobile publishers
Account management of partnerships to ensure success
Digital media buying using major CPC, Display, and CPA networks in order to drive traffic to proprietary sites
Tracking of conversion rates and ROI from digital marketing efforts.
Optimization of site placement and creative
Providing recommendations to stakeholders regarding CPI or media buying strategies.
Challenge
Developing media buying strategies to increase over all distribution
Ensure maximum ROI for media campaigns
Evolve the tactics employed to capitalize on changing industry trends
Delivery of product ?misses? along with ?wins?: take calculated risks to push the envelope
CANDIDATE OVERVIEW
Business development experience in the mobile advertising industry
Experience running campaigns on Google and multiple display and CPA networks (preferred)
Excellent interpretive skills, allowing the candidate to understand and make recommendations to improve our business
Ability to work independently/efficiently and to thrive in a fast paced environment, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
At least 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising
Experience analyzing conversion data, ROI, and other analytically-oriented material
Business reporting and analysis
Positive, can-do attitude
