The Online Media Buyer will be responsible for delivering online media buys to support brand, direct-response, customer acquisition and transaction online advertising at allowable acquisition costs. The Buyer will continuously identify and evaluate new opportunities for distribution growth and interface with internal sales, marketing, product and technical groups to develop, implement and support corporate strategies and programs. He/she will manage the negotiation of the media buy, contract review and approval.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
?Sourcing, evaluating and establishing new media opportunities and partnerships.
?Maintaining relationships with online media publishers and partners.
-Work to uncover all opportunities with existing publishers.
?Negotiate and review advertising agreements (rates, placements, volume, frequency caps, parameters and T&C).
?Ownership of individual publisher performance on an ongoing basis.
-CTR and conversion rate for each publisher by site and location.
-Managing eCPM for rev share publishers where applicable.
-Overseeing default rates and consistency in volumes.
?Providing performance analysis and executing on that analysis to ensure positive ROI.
?Optimizing buys, renegotiating rates, canceling or renewing campaigns as necessary.
?Assess needs and requirements for campaigns per direction of delivery
?Manage buying cycles and fluctuations in inventory.

Education and/or Experience:
?3+ years working in an interactive marketing environment.
?Ad Network, Web Site Publisher or relevant industry experience.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:
?MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
?Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
