Media Coordinator BrandMuscle

The Media Coordinator?s main job function is to obtain all necessary information to book local events for BrandMuscle clients as well as learning the basics of media planning and buying.
Under direct supervision, responsibilities include:
Acting as a liaison between the media or event vendor and the BrandMuscle Marketing Support team to ensure that project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met
Responding to and gathering all client event or media request information
Working with vendors to obtain all necessary documents and information to process the orders
Assist in maintaining the event database for BrandMuscle clients
Researching and providing recommendations for additional event or media programs that would meet client needs
Maintaining current data across all department and BrandMuscle systems
Ensuring vendor payments and billing are processed in a timely manner; reconciling invoices as needed
Developing a knowledge of the basic media buying and planning process
Coordinating a variety of priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A Bachelor?s degree is required (a degree in marketing , communications, or advertising is preferred)
Excellent organizational skills
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
Detail- and client service-oriented
Self-starter, ability to work without direct supervision
Availability to accommodate various working hours as client workload requires
Well versed in use of Microsoft office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
0-2 years of experience, either in an media or ad agency, sales or customer service role is preferred.
