THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities include:
Manage web media budgets with a keen focus of exceeding acquisition and revenue goals
Manage multiple partnerships at any given time with duties including initial negotiations, day to day management and presenting performance to partner
Develop on-going targeted site list for PPC, CPA, CPL and Social media campaigns
Manage and optimize direct response SEM campaigns through Google, Bing, etc.
Manage and optimize existing affiliate network partnerships. But also find new networks to test.
Develop weekly and monthly reports highlighting the acquisition strategies performance.
Present monthly performance and make future recommendations to Senior Management based on campaign analysis.
Work closely with internal design team to ensure creative assets are always updated and have an on-going testing strategy in place for creative banners, emails, etc?
Handle invoice reconciliation and bill process with partners
The Media Acquisition Manager reports to the Executive Director, Partnerships & Acquisition
Ideal candidate has a B.S/B.A. degree, direct to consumer experience and at least 4+ years experience in media/customer acquisition
Solid understanding of online advertising and direct marketing performance metrics
Proven analytical skills with a relentless desire to see results
Ability to understand acquisition objectives and how they translate into media strategies
Strong Excel skills
Effective verbal and written communicator
Good presentation skills
Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
Experience with Google analytics and Omniture reporting platforms
