The Media and Publisher Services Intern will be responsible for support of media buyers? inventory acquisition and online advertising campaigns. The Intern will help identify contact information and new opportunities for distribution growth and interface with analytics, marketing, product and technical groups to develop, implement and support corporate strategies. He/she will create reports from proprietary and 3rd party ad serving systems to analyze the performance of individual publishers and the network as a whole.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
?Assist in day-to-day servicing needs of clients including campaign reporting.
?Test and QA publisher ad tags.
?Provide professional customer service to media team, publisher support, analytics and clients.
?Utilize multiple ad serving systems to traffic and test creative and provide necessary reporting.
?Maintain publisher prospecting list.
?Update the categorization and naming conventions of commonly used protocols and features in proprietary ad serving system.
?Coordinate insertion orders and signed documentation for existing and new publisher contracts
?Build and manage site lists based on specific parameters for agency RFP requests
?Run daily and weekly reports for various constituencies.

Education and/or Experience:
?High school diploma
?On course to graduate from accredited four year university
