Media Research and Analyst Intern WildTangent
We are looking to hire a Media Research and Analyst Intern who would be responsible for supporting the Director, Marketing and Research and the Media sales organization by performing research on industry trends and competitive landscape. Candidate will also utilize comScore and other 3rd party data sources to identify sales targets and develop deep insights into specific account opportunities.
Successful candidate will have a passion for using data to help the sales organization establish credibility and more effectively drive revenue growth. As part of this role, the intern will help develop presentations to management and account representatives, as well as assist in developing information to help answer questions from agencies and developer partners.
Primary Job Functions:
Utilize comScore?s suite of products to develop sales targets by industry and create deep insights into each sales target.
Perform research on industry trends and key competitors in the advertising space utilizing eMarketer and other 3rd party data sources.
Work with 3rd party research firms including DynamicLogic, Vizu, and Interpret to analyze and aggregate survey results conducted during campaigns.
Analyze campaign effectiveness (ROI) utilizing DoubleClick and internal analytics tools.
Working toward a Bachelor's Degree, with a Business emphasis
Strong analytical skills with consideration to company objectives
Demonstrated ability to communicate both orally and in writing
Experience with MS Office products (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
Ability to quickly learn new data analytics tools (e.g. comScore, Vizu)
