Medical Team Lead, Client Success SmileReminder
The Medical Team Lead is responsible for training, mentoring, and coaching the Client Success Representatives on the medical team. This position is accountable for satisfaction scores and trial and annual retention percentages for Solutionreach customers within the medical vertical. This position will be located in our Lehi, Utah office and will report to the Director of Client Success.
Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to support our clients in personalizing our service to their individual needs.
Effectively train new and current clients in use and implementation of new and existing services.
Participate in the hiring process with fellow team members.
Participate in the training and development of new employees with the Trainers.
Effectively resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
Facilitate team meetings by helping team members communicate their ideas and opinions openly and clearly.
Pursue work with energy, drive, and a need to finish; set clear goals and expectations for team members; foster learning and development.
Conduct periodic performance meetings with direct reports and provide them with balanced specific feedback on a regular basis.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Have 3+ years experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of success in a managerial role.
Have experience working for a medical PM/EMR/EHR software company; or have medical office experience working with PM/EMR/EHR software on a day-to-day basis; or have other related medical software and/or technology experience.
Have comprehensive knowledge of the medical industry, including workflows, terminology, patient engagement and care, and other related factors.
Be extremely detail-oriented, professional, self-starter, organized and able to handle simultaneous tasks.
Be a creative, innovative thinker with a proven track record of turning insight into action.
Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Have the ability to work equally well in self-managed and team-based projects.
Place high value on customer service, working with both internal and external customers.
Have excellent problem solving ability and interpersonal savvy.
Have a strong willingness to help in any area and learn new things, even if it?s outside the proverbial ?box?.
Be adaptable, responsible, and dependable.
