What You'll Do
In this position you will be assigned a client portfolio and have two primary areas of responsibility. One related to Member Recruitment and the other related to Member Management and Appreciation.
As Member Recruitment (75% of time), you will:
Lead and manage all aspects related to recruiting people around the world who fit the profile that our clients request in a successful, cost effective and prompt manner.
Program screeners using an online survey tool.
Run email deployments/campaigns and leverage relationships with recruitment vendors/sources to fulfill recruit requests.
Analyze screener responses, identify qualified respondents, and report on the status of respondents in comparison to established targets.
Keep needed parties informed of recruit findings, make recommendations for potential adjustments and provide progress status.
Provide consultative recommendations to colleagues and clients on approaches to member recruitment and management.
As Member Management and Appreciation (25% of time), you will:
Manage client incentive budget files and as needed assist with the creation or revision of budgets.
Ensure that incentive expenses requested are within budget, and place all orders in a timely manner.
Periodically run reports to identify eligible incentive members and associated participation levels and make recommendations for adjustments.
Responsible for managing member profiles, recommending improvements and updating them as activities and reports require it.
Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in business or other relevant discipline and 3+ years of professional experience.
Successful at managing multiple clients and vendors.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Strong computer skills, must be a whiz with MS Excel and familiar with data logic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable and articulate in working directly with clients.
Quick learner and able to troubleshoot.
Good work organization, including keeping department files and database up-to-date.
Knowledge of marketing research and online data collection is a plus!
