DescriptionBe part of an exciting new healthcare solution! Pay-Plus Solutions, Inc. helps to bridge the gap between Payers (insurance) companies and Providers. Our payment network exchange provides a lower cost conduit for healthcare providers to receive payment and Explanation of Payment information.
We are looking to build a team of strong member service representatives who are looking to be on the ground floor of something great and are willing to perform multiple tasks and learn as we grow.
Your responsibilities will include: building and maintaining outstanding relationships with PPS medical client contacts; marketing PPS claim payment services to all interested and eligible parties through various channels; assisting PPS in accomplishing its outreach, relationship and enrollment goals.
Hours 10 am - 7 pm
Major Responsibilities:
Actively promote, via phone and other channels, PPS service to sole practitioners, group offices and hospitals
Answer incoming telephone inquiries from existing and prospective clients and assist with problem resolution as needed
Assist with client implementation and login portals
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent telephone and customer service skills
Sales/Call center or membership services experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office products
