Responsibilities and Duties:
? Handle entire inside sales process from lead to close.
? Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads, account status, forecast.
? Solicits and maintains contact with prospective members.
? Develop and generate leads through inbound lead management, prospecting and cold calls
? Sell the organization's products and/or services to established customers or new prospects.
? Follow organization?s consultative / Value Selling methodology
? Attend special training on products and/or systems to improve effectiveness. Demonstrate competency through certification/testing.

Qualifications:
? 5 - 8 years of successful sales experience
? 4-year college degree
? Must have demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
? Must have ability to develop strong rapport with potential members over the phone and cultivate existing member relationships
? Experience using Salesforce.com to manage a pipeline
? Experience selling in a business to consumer environment
? Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
? Proven ability to cold call and create new ways to generate leads
