Job Overview: The Membership Sales Advisor promotes and sells memberships to new and
existing members and reports directly to the Studio Manager.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Responsible for generating leads, soliciting referrals and meeting a monthly minimum call volume.
?Maintain organized statistics on personal sales, information calls, etc.
?Responsible for conducting tours and rate presentations
?Conduct in-studio interactions, including assisting all new and current students with membership, classes, teachers, schedules and overall yoga etiquette.
?Conduct in-Studio interactions which include assisting all new and current students with memberships, classes, teachers, schedules and overall yoga etiquette.
?Schedule consultations with new and existing members to help guide their practice, and offer support and encouragement.
?Establish external relationships/partnerships within the community.
?Complete new member paperwork and enter into database
?Assist studio Greeters as needed
?2 years sales or related experience
?Proven track record in exceeding sales and lead generation targets
?Strong work ethic and habits including attendance and punctuality
?Customer focused: Serving with respect, compassion and a sense of humor
?Retail knowledge and experience preferred
?Ability to multi-task and function in a fast paced environment.
?Self-starter and team player
