DescriptionOne of the fastest growing promotional product companies in the US, ePromos is looking for a Merchandising Coordinator to keep our company website accurately updated with current product information. This position is located in our St. Cloud, MN Office.
Responsibilities:
Add new products and product descriptions.
Update product pricing: ensuring all sale items and products that fluctuate are accurate.
Deactivate discontinued or out-of-stock products including replacement or backup link, and activation date for out of stock items.
Competitive analysis of other promotional products distributors.
Annual updates on product pricing and all data changes (new colors, imprint requirements).
Call vendors about accurate product information and pricing corrections.
Request image updates, accessories, and imprint methods.
Assist with marketing collateral projects.
Coordinate vendor meetings and visual merchandising.
Skills Required:
Excellent data entry skills. Must be accurate and efficient.
Detail oriented: quick to find errors and make corrections.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize work and multi-task successfully.
Strong creative writing skills needed to describe all features of products in an exciting way.
Education and Qualifications:
Associate?s Degree required. BA/BS preferred.
Typing up to 80+ WPM, accurate 10-key entry.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, HTML, and Adobe Photoshop required.
Understanding of products and imprint methods.
Confident and able to work on own initiative and with limited supervision.
