One of VTB?s brands, Caylx Flowers - a mail-order floral retailer ? is in search of a Merchandising and Product Information Coordinator. The qualified candidate will provide support and assistance to Caylx Merchandising and Product Development Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Assist Merchandising in the input and creation of new products and skus in the Calyx Alpha and Avexxis. Additionally, assists in placing purchase orders with vendors and creating cost confirmation sheets for the growers.
2.Coordinate photoshoot samples and products for each shoot.
3.Work with vendors to establish timelines for delivery and tracking of new merchandise to growers and warehouse.
4.Create purchase orders for Calyx vendors and coordinate the purchase orders with the Inventory and Finance Departments internally.
5.Coordinate shipping of the purchase orders with Calyx vendors. Monitor shipment tracking and maintain delivery receipt report on a daily basis.
6.Monitor new and existing merchandise inventory levels and work with the Inventory Department on products accordingly.
7.Compile product information with the necessary data while working with Product Development and Inventory to insure proper guidelines are given to growers and to Customer Service.
8.Assist with the setup and merchandising of Calyx products on the web site. Provide quality checks on all active products before each season?s launch and as necessary.
9.Coordinate all product upsells in Avexxis and Catalog Manager and work with Inventory on maintaining current inventory.
10.Assist with the development of web home page schedules and updates.
11.Will run various Customer Service reports on a regular basis in conjunction with VTB.
Must have demonstrated ability to be extremely professional, efficient, personable and knowledgeable of Calyx products in order to sell and handle customer service issues.
Two or more years of college or comparable experience with training with Word and Excel
