Job Responsibilities:
?Analysis of system reports & subledger reports to insure completeness of subledger balances
?Review & approval of merchant address & bank changes
?Review & approval of payments above $50K
?Processes adjustments for contract payment term changes and/or non-standard payment calculations
?Assistance with high-priority payment inquiries
?Insures timely resolution of delayed or exception payments
?Analyzes, resolves and answers complex or difficult problems presented by staff or merchants
Skills/Qualifications:
?2-5+ years of Accounting experience
?Ability to review contractual terms in legal documents that pertain to payment
?Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
?Strong work ethic
?Must be extremely detail-oriented
?Working knowledge of Peoplesoft preferred
?Associates degree or Bachelor?s degree preferred
