Overview:
This position will assist Merchant Service Representative with any issues in order to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolutions to all inbound calls.
Responsibilities:
Assist Merchant Service Representatives with any issues in order to ensure prompt and
satisfactory resolution
Answer inbound merchant service phone inquiries
Provide timely, accurate and courteous responses to a number of FAQ?s
Document Merchant Service activities
Answer escalated calls
Answer inbound merchant service email inquiries related to InComm products
Meet reporting requirements as designated by InComm Management
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and preferably Spanish
Basic computer skills
Good Written and verbal communication skills
2 years merchant service experience
Must successfully pass a criminal background and consumer credit check
24/7 shift flexibility
1 year minimum supervisory experience
High School Diploma
