Overview:
Major Responsibilities:
Assist Merchant Service Representatives with any Merchant issues in order to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution
Answer inbound Merchant Service phone inquiries
Provide timely, accurate and courteous responses to internal and external Customers/Merchants
Document Merchant Service inquiries, issues, and resolutions
Follow Escalation procedures in the absence of a Supervisor
Respond to Merchant Service email inquiries
Meet reporting requirements as designated by InComm Management
Point of contact for escalated issues
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:
Basic computer skills;
Good Written and verbal communication skills;
Bilingual English/Spanish, English/French or Trilingual preferred
Minimum 1 year Customer/Merchant Service experience
Must successfully pass a criminal background and consumer credit check
