Metanga Product Owner - Connectors and Integrations
Metanga is an on-demand SaaS billing solution for monetizing cloud platforms and cloud-based applications from global billing leader MetraTech Corp. Without the need for programming or professional services, Metanga allows you to flexibly configure payment capture, pricing, promotions, and bundling for revenue maximization. Metanga also drives the calculation of simple or complex charges, bill creation, customer support, account management, emails, and mobile and online bill presentment. Lastly, Metanga allows companies to enhance revenue capture by automating nearly any billing model.

Position Summary
Product Owners will work with our Agile product management and engineering teams to deliver products, on schedule. The Connectors and Integrations Product Owner will have responsibility for engineering project management and product completion and will work closely with partner engineering organizations to deliver connector and add-on product modules for Metanga.
Responsibilities:
Author requirements and user stories and works with system integrator to refine details as needed
Work with 3rd party system integrator to drive process on schedule and on budget.
Familiarity / experience with agile methodologies to drive project.
Tracks budget and delivery of engineering projects
Provides week-to-week tactical objectives, and provides quick JIT decisions to system level questions and defect triage.
Drives acceptance testing, prioritizes the iteration and defect backlog grooming and management and delivers the iteration.
Drives communication of releases including new features and defects to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
5 years project delivery experience in an engineering / technology environment
Bachelor?s degree in related area
Working knowledge of programming languages (C#, ASP.NET, Java) and ability to talk / understand code as related to software product. Do not need to be a developer BUT need to understand code.
Excellent communication and technical skills.
Experience with off-site development teams
Experience in developing Enterprise applications: Billing, CRM, or Financial, Business Intelligence greatly preferred.
Certification, experience, or degree in areas related to Business Financial Operations.
Must have proven work experience as a technical ?influencer? and ability to own and drive the product.
Scrum, Agile or XP Process-like experience in organizing and motivating teams to succeed.
Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment.
