The Methodology Specialist develops and implementing a scalable, comprehensive engagement methodology in the areas of implementation, project and program management, sponsorship, bid management, change management. This role works with all teams within Global Enterprise PMO, project/program specialists and practice directors/specialists and product experts to increase the proficiency of the workforce and to assure that engagements are successfully completed. Responsibility may include the following; developing strategy, technology platform, developing material, developing and leading training sessions, implementation and maintenance of the methodology, progress reports and planning and scheduling. Periodically, the Methodology Specialist will be expected to manage a project or program for a strategic or large complex project.

Project Excellence - in areas of financial (Ability to estimate projects accurately), resources, anticipate client needs. This position is expected to be fully engaged with the field, however, there are times during the first 6 â€" 12 months of the role and when preparing major releases that the focus will be mainly on methodology developments which will appear to be more of a back office role.
Sales â€" work with the bid/sales team to develop materials that will promote, educate clients in the use of our methodology. Periodically participate in deals to present to or clients the advantages of using Infor with our rich methodology to reduce risk during the project implementation.
Communication & Documentation â€" Efficiently, effectively and appropriately establish and manage expectations through verbal and written communication. Demonstrate the ability to effectively listen and comprehend.
Personal Development â€" Subject matter expert and thought leader in methodology. Keep up to date with new developments, best practices, industry trends and new innovations for all related methodology knowledge areas.
Client Satisfaction â€" Work with project team to achieve high levels of client satisfaction pertaining to methodology. Be able to measure the effectiveness of Infor methodology on client engagements.
