Responsibilities
The General Manager of Operations provides overall leadership and is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the Cebu facility. Responsible for leadership and development of Sr. Management team, ensuring that all members of the team are focused on the delivery of company financial goals, and operational expectations. Accountable for financial health and performance of Accounts, including Revenue, Gross Margin, and full P&L responsibility. Works with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Financial Executive Leadership to drive profitability via personnel management, business processes, and product and service delivery across multiple customers, programs, and projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree required in Business Administration, Operations or related field; a Master?s degree is preferred.
5 Years minimum experience in Call-Center, BPO experience in a senior level management position, prior executive team experience preferred.
Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in customer programs, sales, marketing, and competitive business strategy.
Exceptional track record of developing and implementing Business Operational strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives.
Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and tactical levels.
Possess top level business management, communication, presentation and consensus building skills.
