We're looking for a CRM Business Analyst to drive enterprise Microsoft CRM implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deployment. After our sales team wins a project, you'll become the main contact person for the customer to manage their project to make sure its delivered on-time and on-budget. You'll work with the customer to define their requirements and then you'll design and lead the system architecture process. Once that's complete, you'll implement most of their customizations yourself using the Microsoft CRM web-based customizations tools. You won't need to program any custom code or configure the customer's network, but you'll need to understand how those related technologies work.
Responsibilities
Conduct discovery meetings with customers and prospects to understand their sales, marketing and customer service requirements
Participate in full lifecycle project activities from requirements analysis, data and software design/configuration, data integrations, unit and user acceptance testing, end user training, go-live and post-production support and enhancements
Leverage functional and technical expertise with MS Dynamics CRM 2011 system to drive technical improvements and identify areas for process improvements.
Configure/customize Microsoft CRM using web-based administration tools (form layout, workflow design, view creation, etc.)
Work with developers to define and create specifications for any custom code or data migration requirements
Create reports using SQL Server Reporting Services
Create and manage project timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
Train end-users
Create knowledge transfer documentation
Test that our customizations meet the customer's requirements
Other assignments/projects as directed by management
Develop functional scenario-based test scripts and test data to support all solution testing, including facilitation and support for formal user acceptance testing sessions.
Provide pre- and post-go-live end user support and training
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor?s degree ? preferably in Computer Sciences desired.
Minimum 3 years related experience required (with at least 1 year in an external customer facing role).
1+ years experience with Microsoft CRM.
Experience working in an Agile environment required.
Previous experience in insurance or financial services industry is required. Life insurance experience preferred
