Description:As a Services Sales Representative for the Invenio Marketing Services, you must work in a full-sales cycle capacity to identify, cultivate and close Microsoft Premier Support Services renewal and net new agreements among an existing account and target customer base while working on-site in the Invenio Marketing Solutions Austin, Texas office.
Duties:
In addition to attaining a significant monthly quota in closed revenue, specific responsibilities for the full-cycle sales role will include:
Secure 10% in additional add-on revenue to the value of the account renewal base when provided
Engage with executive level decision-makers on service offerings that address business needs
Gain understanding of clients' business objectives, manage sales cycle, and close services agreements through primarily phone-based interface with clients
Propose, manage and execute on customer contracts to achieve revenue and business goals
Deliver sales forecasts and customer feedback on trends, opportunities, and challenges in order to benchmark and forecast business and revenue
Outline, plot and execute account renewal strategy documents and blueprints to demonstrate actionable account penetration, communication and sales plans to meet overlying quota targets
Participate in account strategy and planning sessions with local and virtual sales teams as well as legal, sales, product development, product support teams and customer partners
Maintain productivity metrics, such as talk time and dials, necessary to meeting and exceeding quota targets
Qualifications:Our ideal candidate will possess an enthusiastic, creative and focused approach to building pipeline and closing sales. Additionally, you will possess:
5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in B2B technology related sales (experience with maintenance and service agreements is preferred)
Ability to establish and enhance director to C-level customer relationships
Demonstrated multi-million dollar quota achievement for past 5-7 years
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills coupled with a high attention to detail
Entrepreneurial drive and work ethic
Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
Strong focus on customer and partner satisfaction
Knowledge of Solution Selling Methodology is desired
Knowledge of Microsoft products and services is desired
College degree preferred
