Job Summary: Responsible for the analysis, design, construction and testing of internet-based computer programs. Evaluates commercial and open source packages for inclusion in the product line. Mentors other developers in design and coding best practices. Perform code reviews, and assist QA with product configuration and root cause analysis.
Required Skills:
Five or more years of experience in Java/J2EE technologies including JSP, Servlets, Spring, Struts Framework, Hibernate, JMS
RIA development experience using jQuery or Dojo
JDBC using any major database platform
XML, Ant, Maven, AJAX, CSS, JSON and RESTful services
Scrum or any other agile development methodologies
Should be comfortable with Linux
Must be familiar with a variety of design patterns (not just GoF)
Nice To Have Skills:
Specific experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server
Specific experience with JBoss Application Server
Specific experience with SOAP and XML Schema
Any experience with Scala or No-SQL
Any experience with Amazon Web Services
IT Help Desk Analyst

Job Summary: The IT Help Desk Analyst will be the first line of response for internal end users requiring assistance with technology issues and will also perform Tier I server administration duties.
Position Description/Responsibilities:
Complete technology deliverables for new employee setup and employee terminations
Build out new employee laptops / desktops using imaging solutions, with customization
Maintain users (move, add, change, delete) in Active Directory, Google Apps, Asterisk & Altigen phone systems, and other enterprise systems
Maintain IT Help Desk queue
Support both on-site and remote employees via in-person support, phone support, and email support
Troubleshoot and resolve employee hardware, software, and phone issues
Triage issues and escalate issues internally or to vendors as needed
Track issues to resolution
Daily monitoring of systems
Perform daily checks of system jobs and monitoring tools
Perform Tier I troubleshooting on any issues found
Manage technology inventory
Maintain accurate inventory of all hardware and software deployed throughout the enterprise
Proactively maintain adequate inventory levels to support staffing and break-fix needs
Recommend hardware profiles for new inventory purchases
Qualifications / Experience:
Windows XP, Vista, 7
Microsoft Active Directory
Basic networking
VPN connectivity
Microsoft Office product suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Visio)
General technology troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills
Linux, Windows Server, and any VOIP phone system experience a plus
