MuleSoft, Inc. seeks a Middleware Sales Specialist - Sales Engineer to be responsible for conferring with customers and collaborating with Sales and Engineering teams to plan, modify and configure Mule Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Mule iON Integration middleware product lines to support the sale and meet customers' needs.
Duties include designing, architecting and selling Service Oriented Integration-specific solutions around the Mule ESB and Mule iON Integration Middleware product lines; working closely with customers and prospects to design, customize and architect solutions around the Mule ESB middleware platform; providing customer service, processing warm leads, managing pipeline, up-selling solutions, providing services and support, and managing key accounts; working closely with the Engineering and Services teams to resolve complex issues as well as develop methods and techniques resolutions; and moving sales opportunities to closure and being responsible for meeting quarterly and yearly sales revenue targets.
This position requires a Master's degree or equivalent plus three years of experience or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus five years of experience.
