Here?s your chance to get into the game with Sportvision, the industry leader in sports broadcast technology. Check out this opportunity to break onto the ground floor operating our pitch tracking (PFX) technology for the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Railriders.We?re looking for candidates with experience in operating/troubleshooting
computer hardware and software, as well as a strong understanding of the rules
and stats of the game of baseball. If you have skills in reading system
drawings, are able to follow written and verbal coaching while keeping your head
in the game, we want to hear from you.
This is a fast paced job, so the ability to work well under pressure and
complete tasks on time is essential. Excellent attention to detail, as well as
strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Verify tracking system components are in working order.
Operation of the tracking system during the game.
System calibration and registration, maintenance.
Troubleshooting system components: computers, cameras, cabling, and
networking.
Relay system issues to support staff for repair or replacement.
Must be available for weekday, evening and weekend
games.
