Mobile Ad JavaScript Developer GoldSpot Media
GoldSpot Media's miSpot mobile advertisement platform enables agencies and platforms to create and distribute Rich Media and Video advertisements to mobile web sites and mobile apps running on smart devices. Part of our strategy focuses on utilizing JavaScript as a technology to drive innovation in the Rich Media and Video advertising space. JavaScript allows publishers and agencies to virtually do anything within an ad without much restraint.
We are looking for JavaScript engineers to develop various components of the JavaScript based advertisements, from libraries that would drive the ad selection and frameworks that would allow integration with external ad scripts to coding actual ad components for rich interaction and visual effects.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years recent experience with developing JavaScript code.
3+ years recent exeprience with developing JavaScript for mobile WebKit-based browsers.
B/S in computer science or similar field.
Experience with developing pure JavaScript application or components (without relying on jQuery, YUI, etc.).
Experience writing JavaScript code for HTML5 and CSS3 environment.
Experience developing JavaScript that has heavy communication with the server (AJAX).
Experience with HTML5 canvas, and WebKit transformation CSS
Experience with implementing animation or animated effects in JavaScript
Experience with using JSON and JSONP
Experience integrating JavaScript into JSP pages
Good programming concept knowledge: algorithms, data structures, network protocols
PREFERRED:
Experience with Google Closure compiler, or other JavaScript obfuscation techniques, products and libraries.
Experience in advertisement coding.
Experience in implementing generic JavaScript library code.
Understanding the specifics of web view components on mobile platforms.
Experience in bridging JavaScript and native code on mobile platforms.
