Mobile Ad Sales Executive Appia
Appia is seeking an extraordinary individual with a track record of proven results in sales to join the Appia business development team. You will be responsible for establishing and growing distribution relationships with mobile Content Partners, and for driving revenues through the sales of Appia?s performance-based advertising services. You will be an important player in the success of growing Appia's advertising revenues with Content Partners around the globe.
We are looking for a forward-thinking, hands on, self motivated executive with strong communication & business development skills who is effective at working across organizations and functions to meet and exceed quarterly key performance metrics.
As Mobile Advertising Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling and managing the performance of advertising campaigns across the Appia network of mobile app stores. You will grow revenues by sourcing relevant mobile content from app publishers and negotiating performanced-based advertising campaigns with partners to help them promote their apps and drive downloads across Appia's distribution channels. You will be responsible for participating in the day-to-day operations of processes related to monetizing Appia's reach and traffic to constantly improve engagement, revenues and other important KPI's.
Key areas of responsibilities will include:
Prospect, qualify, and sell Appia's performance-based mobile advertising solutions to app developers, content publishers, and agencies who can benefit from Appia's global reach
Consistently surpass monthly sales quotas
Establish and foster client relationships within the mobile content and advertising communities
Provide functional leadership in market with ability to represent Appia at industry events
Engage in cross-functional collaboration with business development, product, and engineering
Perform effectively working independently, in small teams, and communicating with colleagues and clients in different locations, geographies, and timezones
BS/BA or equivalent experience required
3+ years experience in either a business development, or sales role, preferably in advertising
Strong acumen, background, and familiarity in Internet, advertising, and mobile technologies, trends and product landscape.
Understanding of the mobile ecosystem ? app developers, content publishers, carriers, OEMs, billing partners, operating systems and business models
Strong communication skills ? written, phone, in person.
