Job Description

• Primarily responsible for mobile contract handling and working on getting the best Mobile rates per vendor with a main focus on the EMEA region
• Build a relationship with the current Mobile vendors
• Understand trends and changes in the mobile device industry and how they relate to/effect company use/requirements
• Suggest new initiatives and technologies.
• Able to understand digital raw data or TEM reporting output for analysis and cost control
• Take appropriate actions after costs and usage analyzing has been done
  
  • Monitor usage
  • Inform users and managers about high usage
  • Create and advise on alternatives
• Set policies and procedures and keep them updated
• First check and approval point of all Mobile invoices in EMEA on:
  
  • Services are as expected and correct, including both Voice and Data
  • Invoices are received and paid on-time
  • Invoice data information is received or pulled from the vendors
  • Advise next level in approval flow
• Manage projects on any significant changes to mobile services or vendors, budget participation, mentoring
• Add and Update information for mobile users
  
  • Document existing and proposed mobile services
  • Intranet information
  • Employee guidelines
• Handling technical issues as necessary
• Sourcing mobile devices and centralizing purchasing through a TEM solution
• Guide in the effort of rolling out support of new or changed products or services in the mobile arena
• Advise IT management on reoccurring issues, support improvement and recommend solutions

Needs to be able to:

• Work closely with other IT teams to create alternative solutions to control spend, usage and supply best service towards the business
• Strong capabilities in mobile contract negotiations in mainly all EMEA countries
• Understand mobile services (both Voice and Data) and able to advise
• Instruct and communicate company employees in mainly EMEA directly or through managers or in-country contacts
• Communicate (both speaking and writing) in English, German is preferred
• Analyze figures, using Microsoft Excel and/or TEM tooling
• Report rates per vendor
• Technically understand mobile services (both Voice and Data) or able to work with vendors for resolution
• Understand employee contracts and company or employee rules (e.g. work-councils)
• Travel as necessary (valid passport and preferable a license driver)

Desired Skills & Experience

• college degree
• 4-year experience within the mobile market
• Strong interpersonal skills and must be able to interact with personnel in multiple business roles.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in Vendor Management.
• Experience in Project Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with a global TEM/MDM solution
• Good German verbal and written communication skills
