Based on solid commercial momentum in the mobile app distribution market, Appia is seeking an experienced mobile campaign analyst This position supports Appia?s mobile media business through detailed reporting and data analysis on campaign performance and other key operational metrics.
The mobile campaign analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day campaign performance helping to monetize Appia's reach and traffic while constantly improving performance and margins.

Candidates must have experience with digital display optimization and optimization. The candidate must also have deep experience in reporting and data visualizing with a successful track record optimizing for ROI.
This role requires understanding of the metrics used to measure online/digital advertising, as well as a strong foundation in data analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly. The candidate will be highly analytical, data driven and able to manage large amounts of information.
Take full ownership of the ongoing performance of each campaign across Appia?s expansive list of media partners including but not limited to RTB, Mediation and direct media channels
Implement campaign setup/structures as defined by senior team members
Ensure clear and concise reporting of all campaign performance
Successfully execute A/B test and adjust for appropriate optimizations driving maximum ROI
Execute optimizations daily using Appia?s account management and administration toolset
Interface with campaign managers, account executives and senior team members communicating campaign results to prove value against campaign goals
Collaborate with creative teams to produce highest performance with display creative
Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance and conversion reports
Troubleshoot performance issues with technical and business teams.
Skills & Background
Strong knowledge in online/mobile display marketing
Strong knowledge of analytical methodologies for optimizing and evaluating marketing campaigns
Minimum 2+ years experience as an online media buyer or analyst with extensive interactive/online media buying experience
Experience in online marketing doing CPI/CPL/CPA advertising
Must have a successful track record optimizing online media buys to a target ROI
Must be an analytical thinker with good quantitative skills
Be detail oriented
BS/BA degree required. Math, Statistics, Business, Economics, or other analytical focus strongly preferred.
