Mobile Engineer - iOS klout
Klout knows that a unique and engaging mobile experience is critically important to our users and to the future of our product. We?re building a strong mobile development team and are seeking a talented developer to join us as an iPhone engineer.Familiarity with the iOS SDK and Objective C is important, but even more so is your interest in mobile applications and your willingness to learn quickly. You?ll need to be hungry to ?wear all hats? and work in a fast-paced startup environment alongside other experienced mobile, web, and back-end engineers. Together we will bring Klout into the hands of millions of people and raise their expectations for what mobile applications can do.
Requirements:
?Experience developing native iPhone applications, either professionally or via personal projects. We?ll want to examine at least one app to see an example of your work
?Expertise in implementing user interfaces and working closely with designers
?HTML, CSS, and client-side JavaScript development experience
?Experience both building and consuming RESTful APIs
?A passion for mobile devices and technologies
?Ability to wear many hats and learn new technologies quickly
?BS in Computer Science or equivalent
Bonus experience:
?Extensive experience developing and shipping iOS applications
?Experience developing and shipping Android applications
?Working with geospatial data and technologies (mobile GPS, geospatial datastores)
?Building HTML-based mobile applications
?Team leadership experience
?Web application backend development
?Integrating applications with Twitter and Facebook
