As Mobile Marketing Manager, you?ll be leading our efforts to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across all mobile devices. Using our millions of commerce-focused customers and hundreds of thousands of local merchants, we work to provide unique, engaging promotional campaigns for all sizes of merchants. We?re looking for innovative and entrepreneurial leaders to help us with define our mobile marketing strategy. Our ideal candidate should be a competitive, analytical business leader who thrives on a fast-paced environment.
? Execute global marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement and retention.
? Develop inbound marketing fundamentals for our mobile apps, including audience definition, positioning, messaging, and life cycle strategies.
? Define marketing strategies to ship during every sprint and rapidly scale the winning ones. Our fuel is learning from experiments and applying them to our strategy.
? Partner with product management, research, design, customer operations, PR, and fellow marketers to deliver integrated end-to-end product launches, acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns.
? Provide messaging and creative expression direction to copywriters and designers for mobile
? Develop forecasts, measurement plans, reporting and results analysis.
? Serve as the ?voice of the mobile customer? driving product development roadmaps and strategy throughout the organization
? Test new offerings within the mobile space to drive engagement and acquisition, including social and email.
? Serve as the expert on industry best practices, user experience, and LivingSocial messaging strategy within mobile
? BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Philosophy, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; or equivalent experience
? 2+ years experience in mobile marketing
? Ecommerce environment experience required
? Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Appboy preferred
? Experience testing and troubleshooting on multiple devices with a strong sense of web design and user experience fundamentals
? Ability to work independently, think creatively, solve problems and take initiative
? Interest and drive in defining mobile marketing for one of the largest commercial senders worldwide
? Solid understanding of conversion funnels and testing
? Strong project management skills
? Knowledge of best practices, strategies, and industry standards around mobile marketing
? Entrepreneurial. Our teams are run like small startups. You must love competing by building great products.
? Willingness to work hard driving solutions to complex problems through processes and systems
? Great leadership and communication skills. You must have previous experience navigating and being successful in a constantly changing organization
