Based on solid commercial momentum in the mobile app distribution market, Appia is seeking an experienced Media Buyer. This position supports Appia?s mobile media business through detailed reporting and data analysis on campaign performance and other key operational metrics.
The Media Buyer will be responsible for the day-to-day Media Desk operations, helping to monetize Appia's reach and traffic while constantly improving performance and margins.
Areas of Responsibility
The successful candidate will be a self-starter and have strong knowledge of CPL/ CPA, CPM and CPC campaigns. The Media Buyer candidate must have a successful track record generating conversions for multiple online CPL/CPA media campaigns at targeted ROIs.
This role requires understanding of the metrics used to measure online/digital advertising, as well as a strong foundation in data analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with major ad serving reporting systems and media buying tools. The candidate will highly analytical, data driven and able to maintain a high volume of active campaigns and analysis while meeting targeted ROIs.
Media Buyer ? For primarily CPA/CPI as well as CPM/CPC mobile media buys
Plan mobile media buys and execute them efficiently and cost-effectively driving toward a required ROI
Analyzing campaign performance and recommend necessary optimizations
Issuing and updating insertion orders
Trafficking ad tags and creative using 3rd party as server tools
Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance and conversion reports
Skills & Background
Minimum 2+ years experience as an online media buyer with extensive interactive/online media buying experience
Experience in online marketing doing CPL/CPA advertising
Must have a successful track record optimizing online media buys to a target ROI
Must be an analytical thinker with good quantitative skills
Be detail oriented
BS/BA degree required. Math, Statistics, Business, Economics, or other analytical focus strongly preferred.
