Job Description: The Mobile Network Development Coordinator is a highly visible and rewarding role within the largest online video advertising network. The Mobile Network Development Coordinator will be working closely with the entire Network Development team, which is responsible for owning all publisher relationships, overseeing the delivery of all campaigns within the company, and working with all other groups within the company.
Responsibilities:
Work closely, and in certain cases own, relationships with several publishers within the Mobile Network.
Qualify prospective publishers to determine if they should join Tremor Video?s networks.
Work closely with team members to identify prospective publishers, helping to organize and compile publisher data.
Assist with inventory availability reporting.
Update and maintain network site list and publisher descriptions.
Generate Purchase Orders for all publishers within the network and manage renewal process.
Assist with publisher billing. Work closely with team members to liaise with the Finance team on any questions or discrepancies with publishers.
Work closely with Network Managers on strategic publishers in effort to maximize exposure of relationship within the network.
Understand nuances of strategic publisher?s advertiser and format blocks and map appropriate campaigns on a daily basis
Monitor the daily fluctuations of ad calls and fill rates
Field requests from publishers for custom reports and work with Publisher Solutions team to execute
Qualifications:
College graduate with history of pursuing new challenges
Highly self-motivated individual with aspirations to elevate role in company based on record of strong performance
Excellent attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills
Online advertising experience a plus, but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as a familiarity with salesforce.com and ad serving technologies
