Deliver best in class mobile web products. Deliver on return-on-investment (ROI) and net promoter score (NPS) key performance indicators. Define and manage product requirements and roadmap for mobile products and required application programming interfaces (APIs) across multiple operating systems (OSs). Work with business units to manage and monitor user and performance metrics to provide feedback into mobile product roadmap. Work with engineering, user experience, and analytics to design, develop, implement, and support mobile web and app experiences. Build customer support systems. Manage advertising spend. Ensure that costper-install is affordable and unit economics for acquisition make business sense with clear ROI. Create large user base to target based on specific criteria. Partner with successful products in the mobile ecosystem for link share and cross-promotion.
Domestic and international travel 5% of time to meet with business/technology partners/vendors.
Education required: Master?s, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration or closely-related.
Experience required: Five years in product management or technology consulting related to mobile software products or technologies.
Special Requirements: Knowledge of wireless networks and protocols: WiFi, GPS, GSM/CDMA, and cellular data (3G/4G/LTE).
Knowledge of mobile devices and mobile OSs, including iOS and Android.
Background deploying mobile products on multiple OSs, handsets, and form factors across millions of users.
Distribution models for iOS and Android apps, including Apple App and Google Play stores.
Reporting and analytics tools: Google Analytics, Flurry, KissMetrics, or equivalent. Background forecasting sales and revenue, and using spreadsheet software to develop ROI analyses.
Research and integrate third party mobile ad tracking and analytics software development kits (SDKs) across mobile OSs, including iOS and Android.
Use Facebook Power Editor, Google AdSense, and Twitter Ads to analyze and optimize mobile ads.
Research, analyze, and implement strategies to optimize products using latest mobile OSs and related APIs, SDKs, and technical features on multiple mobile platforms and handset form-factors.
Developing and executing strategies for customer acquisition and growth.
