Mobile Product Manager Xoom

As our Mobile Product Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring that the Xoom experience is efficient, engaging and intuitive on all mobile screens. You will use your knowledge of the latest in mobile applications, competitive knowledge, and creative drive to define and deliver new mobile solutions for Xoom?s international money remittances product. You will be part of a team that brings the Xoom User Experience to life on mobile screens.
Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth through user conversion and retention by broadening Xoom?s reach and extending customer loyalty to Xoom through the mobile platforms
Continuously analyze user metrics, usability studies, market research, and competitive information to report on the success of and to enhance Xoom?s mobile products
Define mobile features, help set priorities, and specify requirements for Development and QA teams to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery
Work well in cross-functional teams and have a strong leadership presence
Balance product feature, business needs and time-to-market
Work with other product team members to ensure one Xoom across multiple platforms
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of product management experience in an Agile or other high-throughput rapid, iterative design and development environment
Track record on mobile products with solid examples of products you have driven, owned, and delivered in the mobile space
Experience in requirement gathering, building prototypes, iterative product development practices, A/B testing, managing uncertainty, understanding analytics and driving results
Knowledge of best practices of all major best of breed mobile interfaces
Familiarity with consumer facing transactional mobile experiences
Exceptional communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
Education:
BA or BS required
MBA or equivalent degree is a plus
