Responsibilities:
Mobile Program managers are experts responsible for managing the onboarding process for Responsys' Mobile offerings. This position will work with the Mobile Specialist, Sales, Account Management, Strategy and Tech Services Teams, and Mobile Program Managers to create customized customer SMS messaging flows and documentation.
Program Managers are responsible for managing and expediting the onboarding process. They are also responsible for managing the Short Code provisioning and approval process including completing all necessary paperwork ( i.e. CAF.)
Position Description:
Manages the onboarding process including completion of messaging flows.
Completes all required paperwork including CAF to secure carrier approvals.
Works with tech services on testing and technical requirements.
Coordinates and communicates program status to key constituents including sales, account management, strategy and Mobile Specialist and Management.
Qualifications:
B.S./B.A. degree required
Experience with and understanding of mobile marketing and technologies
Knowledge of MMA guidelines in the US and other International requirements
Knowledge of SMS campaign tools and mobile procedures
Organized and detailed oriented.
Strong multi-tasking skills.
