Job Description:
The Project Manager will work closely with the CEO defining, prioritizing, planning, and driving the execution of the vision for the existing and future games.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and delivery of mobile games
- Ensure releases are on schedule and resources are applied efficiently
- Proactively drive the full software development life cycle from inception through post-production
- Provide clarity and transparency to the process for all stakeholders
- Prioritize incoming issues, route to proper technical or business areas and follow up on resolution
- Define and improve UI layouts, page flows, and user experiences
- Write product specifications and screens and communicate them to the engineers
- Work closely with the Engineering and Marketing teams during development process
Skills:
- BS/BA in EE, EECS, CS, MIS or comparable
- 5-10 years of software project management experience, including daily interactions with software engineers
- Hands-on prior experience with full product lifecycle from conception to post-production
- Ability to work with remote resources
- Strong technical skills, including databases and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Expert in agile development methodology, agile certification is highly preferred
- High quality standards including user experience
- Experience writing specifications and user stories
- Must thrive in a challenging, complex, fast-paced development environment
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem solving skills. Ability to anticipate problems and identify alternative solutions
- Highly detail-oriented with superb writing and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, team player, and ambitious
