Streetline is actively recruiting for a Mobile Quality Assurance Engineer.As featured in the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Wired, and Fast Company, Streetline is changing the world?one parking space at a time. Streetline aims to make Smart Cities a reality through the use of sensor-enabled mobile and web applications.
At Streetline, we are realizing the promise of sensor networks to revolutionize how cities are run. Streetline deploys Cloud-based SaaS solutions with robust sensing using mesh sensor networks to provide real-time parking applications to cities and direct drivers to available parking spots in real-time through mobile devices on the iPhone and Android platforms. You will work closely with QA Management, Program Management, and Engineering in multiple phases of development and release to ensure the quality of Streetline?s products.
We are looking for a passionate, self-driven Mobile Quality Assurance Engineer who to investigate issues and build automated tests with iOS and Android frameworks. Additional duties may include working with the software engineering team to analyze new software features, write test scenarios, and certify software for release.
Requirements
2 ? 5 yrs of QA experience in mobile web or mobile app testing
User level familiarity with iOS, Android or both;
Strong commitment to Test Driven Development and Test Automation
Ability to document Test plans and Test cases
Ability to see the big picture without losing the clarity of the details
Flexible, team oriented and strong communication skills
Preferred Knowledge and Experience
Experience using Agile Methodologies
Excellent analytical, problem solving and data mining skills
QA experience in an application development environment
Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
