Everyday Health is looking for an experienced Mobile test engineer with proven manual testing, Functional testing, and Negative testing skills.The QA engineer will lead mobile/functional testing for multiple projects by managing/designing testing approach. The QA engineer will define QA process, risk analysis documentations and design QA strategies for various projects, and make recommendation for process and framework improvements.
Design and execute test strategy, Test plan and test cases for existing and new features.
Report well written bugs and track it through closure in co-ordination with developer, product and project manager.
Contribute proactively to better the software testing process.
Work closely across the engineering team to develop great products.
Write risk analysis, status reports, performance test measurement reports and Project summery/status reports.
Assess and understand the scope of EH Products and recommend a comprehensive and effective test approach.
Develop and track QA milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall QA integrated delivery plan.
Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related area.
2+ years? experience in native app testing with IOS and Android OS.
Understanding in software product development life cycle and software testing experience
Must have strong Software testing life cycle knowledge in conjunction with SDLC
Must have solid Mobile testing and Web testing skills.
Passionate about testing and try to break attitude.
Must have sound knowledge of Web architecture and related technologies
Must be a strong individual contributor with good multitasking and time management skills
Must have strong verbal, written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Must be a great team player
Database knowledge, preferably MS-SQL Server is a plus
Programming skill is a plus
