The Opportunity: W3i is looking for an enthusiastic software development professional with strong technical, analytical, and problem solving skills and leadership experience to lead our Mobile Software Development Team.

The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic leader with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Our Mobile Team Leads will:

Provide leadership to a team that will design, code, and create test plans, as well as test and debug applications using the Agile development methodology.
Lead requirement gathering and story creation in a collaborative process.
Lead the problem solving process when technical issues arise.
Monitor key development metrics and take action as appropriate.
Participate in hiring, training, reviewing performance, and developing team members under the direction of the Manager of Software Development.
Participate in fulfilling on-call responsibilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline required.
Three or more years of related experience required.
Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills required.
Experience programming with .NET and C# required.
Experience in mobile development with iOS, Android or WP7 is a plus.
Strong OO development experience and working knowledge of MSSQL and/or Oracle.
Experience using JQuery, AJAX and Javascript preferred.
Experience in an agile development environment preferred.
