The Rubicon Project is an online advertising technology company. We help publishers maximize their ad revenue through real time trading technology. Our real time trading platform, REVV, connects sellers and buyers and creates a massive marketplace that powers more than 120 billion ad trades per month.Responsibilities:
Design and develop mobile device specific frontend code to handle thousands of device, OS, screen size combinations
Develop support for different rich media ad formats including integrations with leading Rich Media Ad companies
Develop complex UI components for HTML5 based WYSIWYG ad designer tool
Design and develop new ad experiences. See sample of recent ones here
Requirements:
MS or BS in Computer Science or equivalent
3+ years experience in Frontend
Expertise with writing base Javascript code as well working with libraries like JQuery, Bootstrap etc.
Expertise writing and managing CSS
Experience working with both mobile web (iOS, Android, Windows) as well as desktop web (Chrome, FF, IE etc)
Ability to work closely with a UI/UX designer
Attention to detail and good design sense
Experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus
Experience with or knowledge of Mobile app development is a plus
