MOBILE SOFTWARE ENGINEER, QA The Rubicon Project
The Rubicon Project is an online advertising technology company. We help publishers maximize their ad revenue through real time trading technology. Our real time trading platform, REVV, connects sellers and buyers and creates a massive marketplace that powers more than 120 billion ad trades per month.Responsibilities:
Perform tests (regression, stress, whitebox, blackbox) for mobile ad delivery systems
Develop and implement scalable automated testing strategies for mobile ad delivery systems
Create tools to increase efficiency of QA process
Create test plans, manage and execute test cases
Work closely with product managers and software developers to report defects and verify bug fixes
Support product releases
Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science or equivalent
3+ years QA experience
2+ years with MySQL and Linux
2+ years programming/scripting experience in at least one of : Java, Ruby on Rails, php, perl
HTML5 and JavaScript experience
Experience with mobile app development/testing (iOS, Android)
Experience in testing both front end and back end systems
Experience with automated testing suites like Selenium and Robot Framework
Experience with testing both open source and enterprise technologies a plus
Skills/Personal Characteristics:

Creative thinker
Great verbal and written communication is a must
