Mobile SW Developer/Architect- $10,000 HIRE-ON BONUSJob Description
Position
The Sr. Software Engineer- Mobile is part of a team of top tier, highly motivated peers. The BlueCava platform is a web service with strong demands on scalability and reliability. The role includes identification of architectural options to achieve our high-volume, low latency requirements, exposure to cutting edge technology, and designing/implementing core service components.
Professional competencies
Minimum seven years? experience with increasing responsibility for the design of complex/technical products and services for high volume, high availability systems
Strong Microsoft environment experience, .NET, C#, SQL Server required. C++ and JavaScript would be helpful.
Experience with high-volume, high-availability web services required.
Minimum of 3 years experience with mobile application development and / or platform development for Android and iOS
Experience in configuring/managing a continuous integration systems a plus

Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and Enterprise Application Stores.
Knowledge of automated testing /Unit Testing or Mobile Applications
Up to date knowledge of mobile application standards, guidelines, industry trends
Experience in identifying the opportunities to leverage and expand the current mobile application framework and applications portfolio
Working knowledge of application infrastructures and mobile device features, networking (including bandwidth, latency), resilient architectures (failover, high availability, supportability, capacity etc.) and security (mobile device and servers)
Education
BS Computer Science or equivalent.
