Mobile UC Support Engineer Tango Networks

Tango Networks is seeking highly talented and enthusiastic Mobile UC Support engineers with detailed in-depth understanding of the operation and support of enterprise data networks, IP-PBX networks, VoIP technologies, and wireless public carrier systems architecture.
The Mobile UC Support Engineer may be the primary interface for Tango Networks Mobile UC Customers. Must be able to provide support in all of the following:
Customer Engagement and Technical Product Support Practice:
Customer facing and presentation skills
Capture Customer Network and ATP Requirements (SME)
Mobile UC Solutions Definition, Delivery Requirements, and basic Project Management
Relay customer feature requests to design & test, report on status
Own customer specific trouble tickets weekly reporting to closure
Flag to management: out of scope request, schedule slippage
Communicate Quote, Purchase Order, and Invoice business needs internally
Track order fulfillment, license key management
Establish customer technical training schedule / customer needs assessment
Perform Network Integration provisioning, troubleshooting and optimization
Acceptance Test Plan execution prime
Technical Assistance Center (TAC) Tier. I, II or Tier III technical interface
Education, Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science preferred but industry experience will be considered
Experience in the implementation and support of Unified Communications enterprise data and VoIP networks with a focus on network and system administration
-Experience with Cisco and Avaya PBX and Mobile UC solutions is highly desirable.
Requires strong technical acumen in all areas of IP telephony network design and troubleshooting, such as complex routing protocol configurations, quality-of-service, VPN infrastructure, VoIP, WAN protocols, MPLS, and multicast
Solid understanding of Linux based operating system installation and administration. Familiarity with command line SQL database manipulation a plus.
Good technical knowledge of all facets of computer networking, including but not limited to: LAN switching, WAN technologies (Ethernet, MPLS), routing protocols (EIGRP, BGP), complex route redistribution, VPN, quality-of-service, VoIP protocols, and multicast.
Additional useful skills and experience include CCNA, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA CTP+, VoIP, Web Development, IMS/3GPP/3GPP2 architecture, Perl or Python Scripting.
