You will partner with the CEO to create a world class acquisition program.
Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing investment based on LTV and ROI evaluation
- On-going execution, monitoring and optimization of acquisition & retention campaigns to maximize and improve campaign performance
- On-going retention and monetization initiatives to maximize and improve revenue performance on a DAU basis
- Interact directly with ad networks and other apps discovery channels to create effective acquisition & retention marketing campaigns
- Track and periodically report process of campaigns
- Explore and test new acquisition marketing channels to secure new acquisition opportunities
- Test and expand social media acquisition campaigns via Twitter, FaceBook, Google+, LinkedIn and other key social media outlets.
Requirements and Skills:
-Experience in viral and paid player acquisition/monetization with a heavy focus on data analytics and reporting
-Experience working in the social mobile freemium game industry a plus
-Experience in campaign optimization is desired, familiarity with metrics for online consumer businesses (user acquisition, clickstream analysis, marketing efficiency, consumer lifecycle, etc.)
-Excellent teamwork skills and flexibility to handle changing priorities
-Strong analytical and reporting skills
-Strong time management skills
-Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills
-Expert in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel)
-Enjoys a start-up environment
-BA degree or equivalent
Compensation will be dependent on experience. This position is full time at our downtown San Francisco office. Local candidates only please.
